Delete your hepp account
You can delete your account in the app (Profile > Settings > Delete account) or on this page. Read what happens below before you delete; deletion is confirmed with a one-time code sent to your phone.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your saved addresses, pets and family members
- Your waitlist entries, loyalty cards and notification permissions
- Your sign-in details: signing in with the same number later creates a new, empty account
What stays
- Past bookings and reviews stay anonymously as "Deleted user", so business statistics aren't affected.
- Bookings a business opened for you and linked to your account, and orders whose items are with the business, stay with the business; it can reach you with your name and phone for those records.
- If a business blocked you, its block record keeps only a one-way hash of your number, not the number itself.
Your upcoming bookings
Upcoming bookings and time requests you made are cancelled, and the business is notified.
If you own or work at a business
A business with no other owner is suspended and no longer visible in the app; the name, phone and service center details in the application are deleted. If you're staff, future bookings assigned to you are cancelled; the phone and photo on your staff record are removed, and your name stays in the business's records.
When it happens
Deletion happens as soon as you confirm the code and can't be undone. If something goes wrong or you no longer have access to your number, write to [email protected].
